ORCHA Review
The ORCHA Review is a robust digital health assessment that underpins a large proportion of the world’s national and regional digital accreditation models.
Our intelligent Review looks at a digital health technology’s nature and purpose, and identifies which of the 300+ criteria points it meets across Clinical/Professional Assurance, Data & Privacy, and Usability & Accessibility. The Review comprises nationally recognised digital health standards and regulations, and will soon include full integration of the NICE Evidence Standards Framework. ORCHA’s algorithm looks at how appropriately the technology meets the relevant and compulsory standards, producing an objective and independent score.
Bespoke Digital Health Libraries
ORCHA offers bespoke Digital Health Libraries to help you align digital health with your organisational, regional, or national priorities. Augment your services with a digital health platform.
Our Libraries are a proven, effective method for distributing digital health solutions. Choose the health and care condition areas for which you’d like relevant apps to appear, personalise your Library with your organisation’s branding, and allow your professionals and service users to access independent information about the quality assurance of specific apps. Your bespoke Digital Health Library can take the guise of a dedicated Digital Health Library website, or an API that feeds through to your website, depending on your requirements. The ORCHA Pro Solution can also be added to the Library, giving professionals additional features, including app recommendation.
Implementation Support
ORCHA’s Digital Health Libraries come with a bundled implementation support package, tailored to each deployment and delivered through the initial three months of implementation before Account Management takes over.
Our implementation support package enables organisations to familiarise their admins and professionals with navigating the Digital Health Library, as well helping to activate their professionals in utilising digital health within their practice. The package includes set-up and configuration support, training sessions, digital campaign development and support, and ongoing performance monitoring and management. Performance reporting gives you data on all aspects of the Digital Health Library’s and Pro Solution’s (where applicable) usage.
ORCHA Pro Account
The ORCHA Pro Account gives health and care professionals access to thousands of independent app reviews, and the tools to build a formulary and recommend chosen apps directly to service users or specific cohorts.
With people 90% more likely to use an app recommended by a professional, the Pro Account enables professionals to precisely deliver the most suitable solution directly to the service user, to help them better manage their health or care need. The Pro Account gives you access to the ORCHA App Library, which contains more than 6,000 Reviews of health and care apps across hundreds of condition areas. Search for a digital health solution, read its ORCHA Review, then digitally recommend it directly to a service user at the click of a button. If your organisation has an ORCHA Library, get in touch to see if your Pro Account can be integrated into this Library.
ORCHA Transformation Model
Developed with health and care providers, ORCHA’s unique methodology helps organisations to successfully transform services by embedding digital health into care pathways and driving uptake within target populations.
Applicable at a local, regional or national level, the ORCHA Transformation Model is formed of three key elements: accreditation development, strategic alignment, and a rolling programme of implementations across patient pathways. Our experienced digital health Implementations Team will work with you to identify the most appropriate target audiences, scope the target service improvements, estimate the programme’s ROI, pinpoint the best digital health solutions, and agree an activation strategy.
Digital Health Insights
ORCHA provides a unique data and insights service for wide ranging business requirements. Services include marketplace reports, ROI models, digital health usage trends analysis, behaviour change research, focus groups, benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
ORCHA works with government health departments and ministry digital health accreditation programmes to identify opportunities for rapid adoption and growth in the digital health space. Our Data Scientists, Health Economists and Clinical Leads have access to unique market intelligence analyses. Contact us to discuss your data and insights needs.
Digital Attitude Benchmark Surveys
Gain an understanding of the views of professionals and end users towards digital health with our Digital Attitude Benchmark Surveys, undertaken before and after a digital health programme.
The Surveys establish the baseline activity and attitudes of target populations towards digital health, as well as identifying areas for improvement and targets for further improvements. Developed with behaviour change experts, ORCHA’s survey is standard, which enables you to also compare results with other regions, giving you a picture of the overall digital maturity of specific areas and populations. If needed for the programme, additional questions can also be added.
